‘Alternate Futures’ was created for Srishti, School of Art, Design and Technology to announce its new curriculum. Qern had to come up with a suitable abstract metaphor for the theme 'Alternate Futures'. Since the new curriculum was ‘out of the box’ in its approach, the same was articulated through pieces breaking out of a cube. The book juxtaposes images created by hand with formal type reflecting Srishti’s approach of a balanced mix of computer and hand skills.
